For almost a year Newsnight followed the progress of A Company, 2nd Battalion The Yorkshire Regiment (Green Howards), as they prepared for and carried out a six month tour in Sangin, in Afghanistan's Helmand Province. Newsnight rejoins them as the soldiers and their families are reunited in the UK.
